Essence - Full Event Planning
Our Essence package is custom-designed for a wedding (reception only,) or for any other type of special occasion such as a rehearsal dinner, holiday party, company picnic, product launch, birthday celebration, Quinceanera, bar or bat mitzvah, etc. Whether you are a wedding couple, a parent, or a designated Event Chairman, you need a point person for the day to be on site to answer all questions and changes from setup to tear down.
The Event Planner will start by organizing the vendors, create a schedule of events, and - most importantly - take the stress off of you, so that you enjoy hosting and simply spending time with your guests on the event day - worry free! The Event Planner and one Associate will arrive two hours prior to the start of the event. One will set up all the event-related elements and remain through the start of the meal service, and the other will remain until the last guest leaves.
