Our most popular package is ideal if you have booked your ceremony location, your wedding reception venue, the caterer, and most all of your other vendors (i.e. florist, band/DJ, photographer, transportation,) and you need a Wedding Planner to pull it all together.
The Wedding Planner will sit with you and begin the planning process by utilizing our event worksheets, an online planning e-tool, and our extensive knowledge within the industry. A timeline and schedule of events is created along with a review of the vendor payment schedules.
Prior to the wedding day, we confirm with all of the vendors, and we distribute the schedule of events as well as the photography and transportation schedules, and we manage the rehearsal.
On the wedding day, a Wedding Planner and one Associate will arrive two hours prior to the start of the ceremony, and they remain with you until the last guest leaves the reception. They are the point of contact for all vendors and the catering manager on your wedding day. They handle checking on and assisting the wedding party, confirming the arrivals of the vendors, setting out all of the wedding-related items for the day, keeping the day on schedule from start to finish, and packing up all of the wedding related items at the end of the day.
